When making an appointment with me you are accepting the policy.

You are paying for the artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the appointment.


To secure an appointment, I require a non-refundable booking fee which is 50% of the treatment price. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book, via  bank transfer. Deposits are required to ensure you will be attending your appointment and to cover my time if you don't.


If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment can be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. In the situation for you being late, your appointment time will remain the same. I will not be able to extend it. I will be able to spend with you only the remaining time of your appointment. In this case, most likely that you will not get a full coverage.


In order to qualify for an infill you need to return within 3 weeks ( 21 days ) of your last appointment and have at least 50% of your lashes remaining , anything less than half will be charged at the rate of a full-set. During your infill appointment, up to 20% of your existing extensions will be removed. This is because your extensions grow away from the root of your natural lashes they start to look messy. This takes time and impacts on the density.

New customers that have existing eyelash extensions at the time of their appointment will need to book removal. If you attend your appointment with existing eyelash extensions we will add a removal service (£15 fee) to the appointment ONLY if there is sufficient time for the treatment, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.


 Cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to treatment. Within 24 hours or a NO SHOW, 100% of the treatment cost will be taken. This policy is set as I would not be able to refill the cancelled slot in under 48 hours. If you change your booking before 48hrs of the appointment your deposit will just be transferred to your next appointment.


Due to the nature of the service I provide, I kindly request that you do not bring company to your appointment. Presence of other people during the procedure is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
