Orders & Delivery
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, SINLASH cannot be responsible for replacing the product.
The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered or is en route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the package as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
Standard orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 or 48™ delivery which usually takes between 2-5 working days; however this may take longer subject to demand i.e. the Festive Season is an exceptionally busy period for Royal Mail, and greater demand is expected on their delivery service across the UK and Internationally. For lash apparel we use a third party company so the shipping can take a bit longer around 5-12 days, tracking well be provided.
Parcel dispatched via DHL Express services offers 1 to 5 working days delivery times. Items sent via DHL will require a signature upon receipt. If there is no one to sign for the item at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a ‘Door Tag’ with the time and address of the location where you may pick up your shipment and also indicate if another delivery attempt will be made. Customers will also be notified via email or phone. Please note we will require your valid email and phone number to inform you when the parcel is dispatched or attempted delivery. We strive to ship orders within one business day of order receipt, however, there may be occasions when an order will take up to two business days to prepare for shipping.
We deliver items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee our delivery times, as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
SINLASH will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to the late delivery.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND OTHER FEES
International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of SINLASH. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the potential charges and organize payment for any Customs, Taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
A confirmation email containing your Order Number and the Reason given for returning the goods. Receipts showing any return postal charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods.
